Creating Curb Appeal

When you are thinking about selling, what the buyers see when they first approach the home can set the stage for how a homebuyer perceives its value. As a General Contractor, I have an eye for seeing value and looking for listing dollars for buyers. There should be listing dollars between the buyer’s car and your front door.

A few things I look for include:

  • Trimmed landscaping and hedges
  • Fresh bark or mulch
  • Green, healthy-looking grass
  • Clean driveway and walkway
  • Clean and fresh-looking front door
  • Washed windows
  • A welcoming look!

If there are ways to make the entry pop, increasing your listing dollar potential, we can make a plan for taking on that work.
