Today’s homebuyers are searching online first and strong photography is the best way to attract them to see your home in person. My photographer understands the importance of this marketing technique and I invest in a photography package that showcases your home’s appeal.

3D Walkthrough

Taking photography a step further, I also invest in a 3D walkthrough so buyers understand the flow of your home. Buyers are looking for this technology in listings and I have found this investment in my listings to be very valuable – and effective!

Video Tour

When warranted, I will also invest in a video tour of your home. This is important for out-of-area buyers and for buyers considering making an offer.

Telling Your Home’s Story

An MLS description and supplementary materials are opportunities to tell your home’s story. Beyond square feet, bedrooms, and bathrooms, your home’s story is about how you have lived in your home. What were your favorite things about your home? The way the light bounces through the kitchen in the summer? Spending rainy evenings on the covered and heated back deck? A soaking tub? Those all represent “listing dollars” that I will identify with you when we first tour your home and that I highlight in your listing information.

Having an easy-to-find website page allows buyers near and far access to learning more about your property and to reach out to me with questions.

Online Marketing

Once your listing information is complete online, I will syndicate it out so it is broadcast on the MLS, Zillow, Redfin, and dozens of other sites in which buyers are searching for homes – worldwide reach!

Print Marketing

Most of the population is visual and needs print memory markers. House flyers, just listed cards, special feature cards and more will be created to highlight your home.
